Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ai tutor business ("ai tutor business", "we", "us"), operator of the "AI Tutor" service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

What we provide

AI Tutor is an AI-powered educational tool that helps students with JEE, CBSE Class 10, and related subjects. You can type questions or upload images, and the AI generates step-by-step solutions. We offer a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and confirm you have authority or the legal age required in your country to enter into these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any person.
• Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
• Upload malware, harmful, hateful, or illegal content.
• Use the service to cheat in exams or violate any school or exam rules.
• Share account access or resell access to others.
• Use AI outputs for regulated professional advice without independent verification.

Intellectual property

The AI Tutor service, its software, content, branding, and documentation are owned by ai tutor business and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal educational purposes within your plan. All other rights are reserved. You retain ownership of questions and content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use AI outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you input.

AI accuracy disclaimer

AI-generated solutions are educational aids and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Outputs are not a substitute for advice from qualified teachers or professionals. Always verify important answers with your teachers, textbooks, or official sources. We may moderate, filter, or refuse outputs at our discretion.

Payments and subscriptions — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled through the billing portal. See our Refund Policy for the refund window and process.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
