We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund, or
• Email ai tutor business at roblxu98@gmail.com with your order details and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a renewal at any time from your billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and Pro access remains until the end of the paid period.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
