What to include
To help us answer quickly, tell us the class or grade you are studying, the page or feature involved, and — for billing questions — the email address you used at checkout. Screenshots help a great deal when something looks wrong on screen.
Response times
We usually reply within one to two working days. Billing and refund requests are handled first. If you have not heard from us after three working days, please resend your email — occasionally messages are filtered as spam at our end.
Payments, billing and refunds
Our Pro subscription is sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. For invoices, payment method changes or refund requests you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Our full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Content corrections
If you find an error in a note, a quiz answer or a study guide, please tell us the exact page and what you believe the correct answer is. Corrections are applied quickly and we are grateful for them.
